How TaB is Used: Data Collection All employees log their time daily using paper time cards. The company secretary enters time cards for each employee every daily or, every other day.
How TaB is Used: Data Retrieval TaB is setup to siphon information from the WebDAV server daily at 9 AM. Site foremen are notified of when any phase of construction at any project site has reached 75% of budget.
How TaB is Used: Reports The company owner and accountant review site projects daily. Site foremen are notified vie an alert send to their mobile phones or pagers. Any budgets problems become visible very early, and can be addressed before they become critical.
Time sheet data for each employee is exported at the end of each month and sent to Automated Payroll Services, where the data is used to streamline monthly payroll.
