Time and Budgets is licensed per user account, one account for each person for whom time is tracked.
Licenses are not required for "read only" staff members, or for your clients (whom you allow to login and
review their projects).
Discounts and packages are available for small and large workgroups. You can subscribe to our service on a
monthly basis, where we will host all of your data on our servers available to you 24 hours a day—or
you can make a one-time purchase a permitting custom installation on your servers and private intranet.
Generous price discounts are available for those customer who pay for their services annually.

Need a WebDAV Server?
Time and Budgets requires access to your calendar data in vEvent/vCalendar format via a WebDAV server. We'll host your WebDAV accounts for as little as $1 per user, per month.
Microsoft Exchange Users
Microsoft Exchange does not directly support the required vEvent/vCalendar format at this time. The Time and Budgets server
can read and convert your Exchange data, on the fly, to support the vEvent/vCalendar format for each user. Each Microsoft Exchange user
requires a one-time, transferable $50 setup charge to configure and test their Exchange account link.
